Introduction:
One of the famed Osmond Brothers has signed a deal to perform at the town squares in The Villages.
Jay Osmond made the very hot announcement on July 4 on social media.
“I met with Mary at The Villages and worked out all of the details. I’ve got some other projects I’m working on here in Florida so I’ve arranged for me and my new band to entertain in the squares a few times a month. This will be a great opportunity for me to connect through music and meet more amazing people here,” he said.
Jay Osmond, the sixth son born to his parents in Ogden, Utah, began singing in a barbershop quartet with three of his older brothers. They were performing at Disneyland when they were discovered by Andy Williams’ father. Williams later incorporated the Osmonds into his television show. They performed on his show for seven years, before rising to greater fame. In 2016, Jay Osmond and brother Jimmy performed in The Villages and paid tribute to Williams.

Jay Osmond is last of the original four Osmond Brothers still singing full-time.
